Each renting Micro Partner is given Micro Shop at an agreed-upon amount of space and terms - that are specifically dedicated to their products.
- Staffing
- Assigning Micro Shop Number and Product Number for sales and inventory purposes
- Provide pricing tools to Micro Partners and shopping bags to customers when necessary.
- Collecting sales and taxes from customers
- Notifying Micro Partner of low inventory stock.
- Keeping records of all sales and taxes and remitting monies owed to the Micro Partner at the end of each term

Where are you Located?
We are located in 11015 Olson Dr Suite 9 Rancho Cordova. The neighboring businesses( Robinson's Taekwondo, Kumon, and Spainhower Chiropractic at Zinfandel Plaza, offer the potential to draw heavy foot traffic with their patients, clients, parents, and students, especially Tuesday and Friday evenings from Kumon families. We are right off Highway 50 walking distance from KP International Market, Target, Fiesta Philippines.

How is Placement Determined
It will be determined by First come, First serve with some restrictions. We intend to curate a diverse collection of revolving micro business to keep inventory fresh and our customers interested and motivated to return. In this spirit, we do jury our prospective partners to minimize selling like items. We will try our best not to have too many similar partners during the same sales terms. However, depending on shop space availability we cannot guarantee product exclusivity.
How do I apply to be a Partner
There are two ways to apply: submit an application on the apply page or email us at info@happyniyama.com. We will send the information and contract.
LIABILITY AND INSURANCE
Happy Niyama will take every precaution to ensure that products are safe and not damaged while in our care. We will be installing CCTV to our store. However, Happy Niyama does not insure and will not be responsible for loss or damage to inventory, artwork, or goods no matter how they are caused. All items submitted to Happy Niyama are subject to this condition. We are also not responsible for any harm or damage your items might inflict on customers after purchasing and using Micro Partners products. If your items need insurance, the Micro Partner must have a rider attached to their own policy to include Happy Niyama for the period of time their inventory is displayed at the store. It is suggested that Micro Partners ensure work privately if they feel the need for such protection.
